BMI View: The latest update of our Sub-Saharan Africa Sovereign Risk Ratings has seen some notable moves, both to the upside and the downside. We continue to regard Gabon as the most creditworthy sovereign and Madagascar as the least creditworthy among the 20 countries we rate.
