No FTSE Upgrade For Taiex, Kospi
September 2004 | Market StrategyGlobal index compiler FTSE has decided against upgrading the status of the Taiwanese and South Korean stock markets from "advanced emerging" to "developed". Both bourses will remain on a watch list for possible promotion in the future, and their categorisation will be reviewed again in September 2005.
