Bullish Local Debt; Ghana Over Gabon

BMI View: With the exception of South Africa, we remain broadly bullish on sub-Saharan African local debt markets given our expectation for interest rate cuts and sharp declines in inflation over the coming months. On US dollar-denominated bonds, we hold a long-term 'Ghana over Gabon' view.
