Peso Heading Back To PHP50.00/US$

The Philippine peso looks set to fall back towards PHP50.00/US$, if it closes this week on the weak side of five-month trendline support at PHP48.75/US$. In fact, as the right-hand chart shows, that level also coincides with four-year trendline support.
