Our CDS Compression View Still In Play

Our view that the spread of Indonesia's 5-year CDS would narrow against its Philippine counterpart is still very much in play. We first outlined this trend on May 8 2009, when Indonesia's CDS was trading at 336bps, or 90bps wide of the Philippines.
