BMI View: With the legislature having voted to lift the ban on re-opening a debt restructuring with hold-out investors, the path is clear for Argentina to remove its residual defaulted bonds. Although the exact terms still have not been divulged, we believe that participation is likely to be strong, and the prospects are promising for Argentina to stage a return to the international capital markets.
