GCC Equities: Dubai Will Continue To Underperform

We reiterate our view that the Dubai Financial Markets General Index (DFMGI) will be a regional underperformer in 2010, and the market's poor performance so far this week only reinforces our view. The DFMGI closed on January 13 at 1,712, having shed 5.7% over the first four days of the trading week.
