The release on February 14 of new official oil production figures by Oman's Oil Ministry presents upside risks to our current 2010 growth forecasts. We are maintaining our assumptions pending confirmation from third-party observers, but highlight the possible implications for growth and fiscal accounts from a surge in output or a decline in world oil prices.
