GCC Stocks: Waiting On Dubai

The Dubai Financial Market General Index (DFGMI) may have rallied over the past few days in anticipation of the US$22bn debt restructuring deal that Dubai World is expected to present to its creditors this month (or even this week), and we could well see it continue to charge higher once the proposals are announced.
