For some time now, our regional FX favourites have been two pesos, Chilean and Colombian, which have remained on appreciatory trajectories over recent months. Boosted by robust domestic recovery stories, appealing business environments and political stability, these currencies have shrugged off concerns about the strength of the global rebound to push back to late-2009 highs against the US dollar.
