Equities: Suffering On Inflation Concerns

Across the Latin America region, equity markets are looking shaky due in our view to the threat posed by burgeoning inflationary pressures and the potential for a short-term correction in commodity prices. While some bourses look relatively well supported, meaning the potential for further downside moves is limited, others look considerably weaker, having taken out key levels of support in recent days.
