The Pakistani stock market remains highly wobbly, with our 11,500 downside target not too far away (see chart). The Karachi-100 stock index is down over 5% this week alone and nearly 22% since this year's zenith on April 21. The sell-off in recent days appears to have been fairly indiscriminate, although a number of larger banks and insurance companies have seen their share prices plummet more markedly.
