While things are arguably still looking dicey with regards to Pakistan's sovereign debt outlook, we note some discernible glimmers of hope as this week comes to a close. Most conspicuously, the country's the country's US$2016 foreign bond has bounced back sharply, from a low of 44.50 to 72.00 cents on the dollar, after a few weeks of serious pummelling.
