We retain our caution towards Dubai stocks, expecting some profit-taking following what appear to be speculative gains (ahead of the traditional post-Ramadan rally) towards the end of the week. A close above 1,600 this week could suggest a more positive picture, but we see nothing in the global and local macro climates to drive a lasting recovery at this juncture.
